A commerce graduate from Mumbai University & a qualified Company Secretary, being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi.
He has his own Company Secretary firm in the name of Kartik & Associates, in Mumbai since 2016, which is a Peer Reviewed Firm duly awarded by ICSI. The firm was conceived in the year 2017, under his visionary initiative, who started his individual practice in the year 2016. He has considerable experience in Company Secretarial field. Since, the establishment of this firm, he has undertaken various assignments in the above field. He is also engaged in advising various companies, start-ups, MSME’s & LLP’s on the day-to-day compliances to be carried out by them from time to time.
Besides being a Company Secretary, he has also recently completed the following certification programs pertaining to the field of Digital Marketing & E-commerce & Social Media Marketing; issued by Coursera & Hubspot Academy:
